A model for the SARS-CoV-2 dynamics in a population lacking herd immunity

We introduced the S-HI model, a generalized SEIR model to describe dynamics of SARS-CoV-2 virus in community without herd immunity and performed simulations for six months. The S- HI consists eight equations corresponding susceptible individuals, exposed, asymptomatic infected, recovered, symptomatic quarantined, recovered dead. study asymptomatic. Dead classes 4 different networks: households, workplaces, agglomeration places general community, showing that three compartments have exact nature each layer speed disease considerably increases networks with highest weight contacts. reproduction number, R0, is greater than 1 all conforming theory. variants SARS-Cov-2 are not taken into account, so would fit situation similar first wave contagion after mandatory lockdown.
